Good morning!

This is what was for breakfast!!

Photobucket

Egg white omelette with green peppers and onions topped with tomatoes and a clementine tangerine on the side! Yum!
At a total of 186 calories with a glass of 1% milk!
I'm good and full and ready for the day! Working working working!
Working for the money, as well as working on my body~
And let us not forget homework!

Here are some tips and tricks I've figure out over the week!

1. You can eat out!
Just do your homework first, or think about the ingredients. Some restaurants have items that tell you how many calories they actually cost. I went to Ihop and Crispers yesterday and didn't go over my calorie line! It can be done!

2. Figure out your favorite fruits and veggies
This is crucial because they can be your go to snack! I really got into snacking on carrots, sliced green peppers, and most fruits. My roommate's chips keep beckoning me, but I haven't succumbed!

3. Figuring out where 'satisfied' is
This is a toughy at first I think. I didn't know if I was satisfied or not. Because I would wanna keep eating because it tasted so good. BUT figuring out exactly when my hunger was satiated kept me on my toes. You gotta stop somewhere. This helps with the smaller portions trick. And if I'm not full after a well balanced, nicely portioned meal, I fill the rest up on water!

I worked with the tips I found online and worked them into my mindset and experience. It may be different case by case, but the trick is to making a healthy lifestyle our own.

Well, I've gotta clean up then go to work!
