Cherry Cherry Boom Boom

Today has been a good one!

Lots of tasty/healthy food and a good workout! AND a good day at work! I'm having a good day and really wish all days could be the same.

Yesterday was a good one too, but I didn't do a full fledged workout, just did some arm stuff and abs stuff. Still ate great and kept up with the water intake. I'm actually feeling good about all of this and proud of myself so far! So far I've been following all of my own rules and sticking to plan!

The rules are as follows!

-No soda
-No fast food
-No alcohol
-No red meat
-No whining

I used to drink soda like nobody's business. Good Lord I'm hoping this is one of the keys! I've heard about people losing weight because they cut out soda from their diet and hoping I see the same effects!

For a while I've wanted a swimsuit in the same cut as this:

Perhaps in a few months I can actually pull it off!

I will if I keep at it. Today has really put my spirits up. I got through a 30 minute intense elliptical workout and sweat like a pig today. I trudged on through it and going the distance really put my spirits up!

I don't wanna give up! Don't let me!

If anybody's watching, tell me, what are your tips and tricks to making time to work out. And does anyone know if I should refrain from sit ups until I've lost a little? I need some real time tips, not fake ads about scary pills and stuff.

Enough about today! Time to switch things up tonight.

  2. Do sit-ups too! It can only help(unless it's painful or something atm?)! :) The more muscle you have, the more fat and calories you'll be burning(even when you're not working out), so weight training is important! Weight training also makes your bones stronger, which is really important for women. :3 Plus when the belly fat starts trimming down you'll have abs waiting for you. :D It's like those cereal bowls that have cute drawings on the bottom. :D

As far as making time, maybe you should plan out your day, and see where you can trim time off to work out. For example I probably spend 2 hours on DeviantArt, facebook, etc per day. :( I could cut that down to .5 hours and have a whole hour freed up, etc. :D
