So yeah after a crazy cardio workout I feel awful~ guess that means I did a good job! As for diet~ just following my calorie intake and eating smaller portions. Only drink pretty much tea and water... cutting soda out of my life really makes the difference. I will have it on special occasions but not a daily fatty way~ I haven't had one in possibly a month. When I do have soda it's usually far and in between. That alone has me 17 lbs lighter than I was beginning of last fall. So with minimal exercise I'm still losing. Imagine with daily exercise!!!!!!!
