Though my ultimate goal is to be in the middle of the normal, healthy weight category. And it's doable.
I hadn't really worked hard for a couple weeks a few weeks ago, but I'm back on track. I felt out of shape when I first started back on, but I'm doing it. I started doing 20 minute cardio and mixed videos about 4 times a week again. After I've hit that point where the workouts are less challenging, I'm going to move to 30 minutes and soforth.
Challenging myself will help me to bus
t through the plateau!!!!
I'm staying in around 135 according to the scale at work.
In any case here is some visual proof of weight loss:

This is a photo of be in August 2010, about the time before I really started to get more focused on my workout plan.

Me about 2 weeks ago.
In any case the changes are small, but noticeable. My arms and my back are both smaller. My gut as well, although you can't see it via these images have gone down.
I used to be able to see my belly past my chest when I looked down. Now that is no longer the case :)
