So I've been analyzing old photos of me, seeing the differences in my body. I never took any really good before pictures, so I'm hiding my figure in most photos from the past. No undies pictures that showed the actual protrusion of my gut and love handles. But looking at how my clothes fit me months ago versus now really indicates the weightloss. Over 30 pounds loss is a big amount in my opinion. I very well was in the obese category, though only just barely. According to charts at the clinic in school I am in the normal weight category for my height. And this is amazing.
Though my ultimate goal is to be in the middle of the normal, healthy weight category. And it's doable.
I hadn't really worked hard for a couple weeks a few weeks ago, but I'm back on track. I felt out of shape when I first started back on, but I'm doing it. I started doing 20 minute cardio and mixed videos about 4 times a week again. After I've hit that point where the workouts are less challenging, I'm going to move to 30 minutes and soforth.
Challenging myself will help me to bus

I'm staying in around 135 according to the scale at work.

In any case the changes are small, but noticeable. My arms and my back are both smaller. My gut as well, although you can't see it via these images have gone down.
I used to be able to see my belly past my chest when I looked down. Now that is no longer the case :)

So I've really been neglecting this blog.
Been far too focused on my Tumblr.

When I started this very blog, my goal weight before April 13th was 140.
Well I've surpassed that. :)
My new goals change daily. Ultimately I'd love to be around 130 or less, but we'll see. I want my body to do the talking, not the numbers.
I have had a few setbacks, I haven't been going through with this 24/7 for the whole year almost, but I've been doing something. And that's what counts.
so yeah.

Feeling ILL
So yeah after a crazy cardio workout I feel awful~ guess that means I did a good job! As for diet~ just following my calorie intake and eating smaller portions. Only drink pretty much tea and water... cutting soda out of my life really makes the difference. I will have it on special occasions but not a daily fatty way~ I haven't had one in possibly a month. When I do have soda it's usually far and in between. That alone has me 17 lbs lighter than I was beginning of last fall. So with minimal exercise I'm still losing. Imagine with daily exercise!!!!!!!
